  • CR PosMAC

    Uses POSCO Zn-Mg-Al alloy-coated steel (PosMAC), with greater corrosion resistance than conventional galvanized steel (GI). The cold-rolled (CR), high-strength steel has a yield strength of at least 500 MPa. Compared with hot-rolled PosMAC, equivalent thickness changes from 2.3t to 1.4t, reducing steel usage by 39.1%.

CR PosMAC
Cold-rolled corrosion-resistant Zn-Mg-Al alloy-coated steel. Products using licensed patented technology; listed in the POSCO Electrical Design Standards.
PosMAC
Hot-rolled corrosion-resistant alloy-coated steel. A broad thickness range for large sections and medium-to-heavy loads.
SUS
Stainless steel sheet for applications requiring high corrosion resistance. Grade and thickness are specified per order.
